Standing spray trio from Memorial Day weekend funeral.  I was going for bright, gardeny, wildflowery.  Used lots of flowers, got super tired and even got a blister from my clippers, that never happens, seriously.  I wish my husband or my friend Junelle were around that day so I maybe would have a picture in focus!

As much as I love weddings, I have to admit Sympathy Flowers have climbed pretty high on my list of favorite things to design.  There is something very special about designing for funerals.  My goal for the near future is to have a pretty good selection of my original designs for those planning a memorial service for their loved one because to be honest, I don’t think there is anything in a book anywhere that isn’t from the 80′s!
