Everyday I am more aware we have a baby coming! Here are some more details about our little shop, Ruby Bloom. Please, pass this link along to anyone you might know who would be interested in owning their own super cute flower shop in Manti! We are of course more anxious to sell the closer we get to March and would love to discuss the details with anyone interested. Our most profitable season begins in February so truthfully, January would be ideal for a buyer to start out with profits in the bank.

Originally built in 1958, this building was completely renovated in 2009 and comes with many extras. The total square footage is approximately 921, with front retail space at 561’ft, dry storage at 161’ft, and 198’ft for the bathroom/work area/walk-in cooler.

Recently installed was the professionally-charged display cooler in the front room. It is 8×4, with glass sliding doors on three sides. The walk-in cooler is controlled with a digital thermostat and is also 8×4. Both of these coolers are included with the purchase price, along with the touch-screen point of sale computer (Quickbooks, software, etc.), credit card machine, phone, vendor contract, extensive floral inventory (tools, vases, ribbons, etc.), trade name, furniture, fixtures, website, and floral training if needed.

We have a loyal customer base, and have well-established working relationships with local mortuaries and wedding coordinators. Our flowers have been on high-demand during traditional holidays and local birthdays/anniversaries/celebrations. Ruby Bloom is a turn-key operation and waiting for a new exciting owner! Please call 435-835-3941 or 435-851-2952 for more information.

I am obviously out of practice when it comes to taking pictures. I thought they were going to turn out really great but when I loaded them on the computer I was not impressed with myself. I couldn’t even the second image to load right. Hopefully, you get the gist.

I thought this wedding had perfect contrast. My favorite detail that I don’t have a picture of is that the bride brought me her Mother’s veil and had me make a hairpiece out of some of the beads on the halo. I always try to get brides to do something sentimental but usually have no takers. I wish I had done something so thoughtful for my own wedding.

So what has happened here? Well, this summer I did about 30 weddings and surprise, took no pictures! Things have slowed down this fall but I do have a fun wedding coming up this week hopefully I will be able to kick things back into gear and have something to show!

We have had a bit of gossip and confusion about things going on at Ruby Bloom. So, just to clear things up, we are NOT going out of business! We ARE however trying to sell the store. We are super excited to have another baby girl join our family in March and I would like to be able to stay home with our girls. In the meantime, I am spread a little thin time-wise so we have made a few changes to accommodate our family’s needs. While I may not be at the store all day everyday, all customers may still call and order flowers for delivery and in some cases arranged pick-up. For those needing something quick and convenient, we have put a flower cooler in Manti Market. The cooler is stocked with fresh flowers daily ready for purchase.

So, if you know anyone dreaming of owning their own flower shop please send them our way! It has been such an amazing opportunity for us and dream come true for me and I hope it would be the same for another!

Our MLS listing is here: http://www.utahrealestate.com/report/public.single.report/report/detailed/listno/1060611/scroll_to/1060611

Help us spread the word, we are counting down 5 months!

That’s what I’m thinking about red and blue while I listen to the fireworks outside, I would feel much more patriotic if I wasn’t holding my fingers for a 3 year old to sleep through the popping! This was really much more turquoise, red and brown but I have never taken the leap to manual mode on my husband’s camera so every red or pink picture comes out off…bummer. This was really so much prettier in person. I have never been a red fan but I really, really loved this one.

Red France Roses, Red Spray Roses, Red Ranunculas, Blue Hydrangea, Magnolia leaves, Seeded Eucalyptus, Silver Dollar Eucalyptus

Another double wedding weekend… come back soon and see!

And in other news, I totally jogged 1.5 miles straight, if you could see how not fit I look you would be really impressed. Also, I’m an aunt again! Yeah for baby Seryn!
