Originally built in 1958, this building was completely renovated in 2009 and comes with many extras. The total square footage is approximately 921, with front retail space at 561’ft, dry storage at 161’ft, and 198’ft for the bathroom/work area/walk-in cooler.

I am obviously out of practice when it comes to taking pictures.  I thought they were going to turn out really great but when I loaded them on the computer I was not impressed with myself.  I couldn’t even the second image to load right.  Hopefully, you get the gist.

I thought this wedding had perfect contrast.  My favorite detail that I don’t have a picture of is that the bride brought me her Mother’s veil and had me make a hairpiece out of some of the beads on the halo.  I always try to get brides to do something sentimental but usually have no takers.  I wish I had done something so thoughtful for my own wedding.

We have had a bit of gossip and confusion about things going on at Ruby Bloom.  So, just to clear things up, we are NOT going out of business!  We ARE however trying to sell the store.  We are super excited to have another baby girl join our family in March and I would like to be able to stay home with our girls.  In the meantime, I am spread a little thin time-wise so we have made a few changes to accommodate our family’s needs.  While I may not be at the store all day everyday, all customers may still call and order flowers for delivery and in some cases arranged pick-up.  For those needing something quick and convenient, we have put a flower cooler in Manti Market.  The cooler is stocked with fresh flowers daily ready for purchase.

So, if you know anyone dreaming of owning their own flower shop please send them our way!  It has been such an amazing opportunity for us and dream come true for me and I hope it would be the same for another!

These English Garden Roses stole the spotlight!  They were so incredible, everyone who came in the door commented on them all day.  Their smell is so delicate and aromatic!

This fancy bouquet was fitted with creamy pearls and a family brooch.  The beautiful Mercury Glass vases are available through a local vendor, Quail Hollow Weddings.

This was a slight variation to the traditional European bierdermeier using two colors of roses.  Some interesting facts about bierdermeier design (other than I can’t spell it right no matter how many times I try), the design originated in Switzerland in the late 1800’s where often designers would add orange and lemon peels for extra fragrance.

This bouquet style is for the bride who is looking for a beautifully saturated, bold, dramatic look.

That’s what I’m thinking about red and blue while I listen to the fireworks outside, I would feel much more patriotic if I wasn’t holding my fingers for a 3 year old to sleep through the popping!  This was really much more turquoise, red and brown but I have never taken the leap to manual mode on my husband’s camera so every red or pink picture comes out off…bummer.  This was really so much prettier in person.  I have never been a red fan but I really, really loved this one.
